Hand-Wash Parts: The primary downside of this pump is its delicate food-grade safe silicone inserts, which necessitates hand-washing all parts. This excludes the use of dishwashers, bottle sterilizers, and microwave sterilizing bags.

Regular Replacement of Parts: It is also recommended that valve membranes, duck valves, and breast shields are replaced as required, incurring additional costs that should be considered when making a purchase decision.

Tricky First Assembly: When first putting together the S12 Pro, I found it a little tricky. The good news is that you get the hang of it pretty quickly and it comes with helpful instructions.

Discreet, But Not As Much As Other Wearable Pumps: Whilst I love that this pump fits snuggly into your bra and there are no cords on show, it isn’t quiet as discreet as other wearable pumps on the market such as Elvie.
