The Elvie Catch has a 1 oz capacity per cup. This isn’t a huge capacity, but it should be enough to catch leaking between pumps. And the raised nipple holes give more space for milk inside the cup. Keeping the cup small adds to the discretion of the Elvie Catch, so this is a feature, rather than a bug.

Elvie recommends removing the Catch every two to three hours, and giving the nipples time to dry out.
