The UPPAbaby Vista is suitable for children from 3 months old, with a bassinet that you can use for a newborn. The toddler seat has a weight capacity of 50 pounds.

This differs from the City Select that is suitable for children from 6 months old and has a weight capacity of 45 pounds.
